The Comake developer community is a website that provides users with model selection, download of development materials, purchase of chip development boards, and technical support.

www.comake.online: The main site, as the starting point for user registration and login, also provides links to each sub-site.

dev.comake.online: Developer forum, where users can participate in discussions on various pages. Not all official accounts participated in posting and replying in the forum, but also enthusiastic website users. Therefore, the content of the forum cannot completely replace the official documentation.

wiki.comake.online: Wiki tutorial, used to publish official user documentation. The essence of the forum will be regularly updated to the official wiki.

pm.comake.online: Customer problem list system, after applying for the project through the member center of the main site and getting it approved, a customer project entry will be assigned, and this entry will have a link in the project information of the member center. Through this entry, users can submit questions in the project and get official replies.

1.4. Developer Forum

Forum address dev.comake.online. If users encounter technical difficulties during the development process, they can post on the forum to interact with engineers. Before posting, users need to use WeChat to log in to the forum.

1.4.1 Directory bar

The forum directory column is subdivided from three dimensions: Chip, Technical module and Post type. You can filter through the directory to view the content you are interested in.

1.4.2 Publish a post

Clicking on Publish Post will take you to Editor.

The left side of the editor is the edit box, and the right side is the preview box. The edited content is automatically saved every minute, and the edited draft can be displayed by re-entering the editor after exiting.

Before publishing a post, you need to select the correct category:

Post Type: Mainly divided into questions, technical dry goods, FAQ, product selection, and development resources.

Chip: Which chip the post is associated with. You can select multiple chips at the same time. If you are not sure or do not meet the requirements, you can select "Other".

Column: Which technical module the post is associated with. If you are not sure or do not meet the requirements, you can choose "Other".

The problem-seeking section is mainly used for consulting and seeking help on SigmaStar-related technical issues. Community technical experts will provide detailed answers one by one to provide the most effective help for users at all stages.

The product selection section is mainly used for SigmaStar-related product selection and business consulting, including chips, development boards, commercial algorithms, solutions, agent resources, etc.

1.4.6 Forum search function

Currently, the community produces more and more content. Considering that users cannot quickly obtain the technical information they want when using the search function, a search filtering function has been added. Users can filter the search results and locate the content more accurately. The specific operation is as follows:

Enter keywords in the search bar and click Search.

2. Redmine account registration process and account problem handling

2.1. Redmine account description

The Redmine account and the Comake community account are the same account. After completing the community user registration, no need to review, you can log in to Redmine. After completing the registration, please inform the project management staff to pull you into the project.

2.2. Redmine user registration

(1) Enter the Comake community homepage: https://www.comake.online/ and click on the upper right corner to log in;

(2) Use WeChat to scan the code, and click Authorize to log in on the mobile phone;

(3) Set the account name and password, and complete the account and WeChat binding;

(4) Enter the mobile phone number for verification and complete the account registration.

(5) Users can choose account password login or WeChat scan code login redmine platform.

2.3. Redmine account password retrieval / unable to log in and other issues

3. Technical Paid Services
